The feedback is inaccurate and misleading. The product works as intended, and the customer did not follow the provided instructions despite receiving support through our ticket system. He got the right support, everything worked but now he dont want to change feedback as ,,ragebait"

The account needs to be replaced every two weeks which takes about 2 to 3 days to replace everytime. If the support was faster I wouldn't mind but being unable to use my product 4 to 6 days a month, and therefore being able to use it only 87% to 81% of the time is very bad. I won't recommend it to others. And delete your review in their Discord even tho I am being honest.
